For our ministry, our simple rhythms and ordinary hospitality are combined into our regular calendar of events. Most of the events of these events happen at our Evensong Chapel, what I Like to call a good haunted house (in the basement of our partnering church).​

Daily Coffee and Lauds (service of morning prayer from the Emmaus Manual on zoom or in person)

Weekly Soup and Vespers  (service of evening prayer from the Emmaus Manual along with meal and games)

Monthly Evensong and Open Mic (a sung communion service from the Emmaus Manual followed by hot dogs and time of sharing) 

Quarterly Craft Table and Emmaus Manual (a day long spiritual retreat anchored by a craft table as we go through the bulk of the Emmaus Manual together in a monastic-style day)

Yearly Advent Hymn Sing and Family Reunion (a lessons and carols style service of worship)

Evensong is our flagship event, on the fourth Saturday of the month from 5-7pm in the Soma basement from 5-7. A quiet contemplative worship service followed by a meal and time of sharing.

​On Fridays at Soma, Daily Coffee and Lauds becomes the third space Open Hours, where there is coffee, donuts, arts and crafts, and Motown music from 10-1 in the Soma sanctuary.

For the advent hymn family reunion, we try to gather friends and folks from various care home and sing carols together. 

​
